It is inherent bankruptcy that any citizen is ever made unable to pay property taxes on such indefinite appraisals of land, even the mortgages paid off. The bankruptcy of the first world is so apparent, so many seeing none learned from 2008, Ra.
The mission is to show that an endless increase in property taxes and their appraisals is bankruptcy ipso facto.
